I hired Top Energy Solutions to replace my roof after wind damage. I worked with Leor, He came out and assessed the damage and informed me how to proceed with my insurance company. He was professional, knowledgeable and prompt replying to questions I had. Once we signed the contract, the materials were ordered and within a week and a half the shingles arrived. Leor stopped by himself the morning of the installation and the crew made a fast job of it and cleaned up wonderfully. It was a painless pleasant experience and the finished roof looks great. Our HVAC system stopped working in the dead of this super hot weather we’re having. Leor was out next-day to diagnose and offer us quotes on repair and replacement.

The office was super responsive -- even over the weekend! -- to get everything scheduled and answer all of my questions. The team got our entire HVAC system replaced in a single day, and gave us a very understandable rundown of what changed and how to manage the system that novices like us could understand.

I wanted to learn more about our hvac system and how to handle basic things ourselves, and repair people in the past have done a bad job of explaining it, so communication skills were one of our priorities in selecting a company to repair & replace it. We had a new heat pump/AC unit installed on our roof to replace the one that had been up there for 22 years.  Turns out we needed the roof repaired and recoated Which Top Energy Solutions provided after the installation. Their salesman was very knowledgeable and was able to explain the process, their gaurantee, and the steps that they would take to ensure that the roof would not leak. Their price was quite competitive and the president of our Homeowners Association gave them a very strong endorsement..  The work was done in a timely fashion and was very professional.   Yeah!  I know I can call them if I have any questions or concern about their product.  I am quite content with the job they did, Highly recommend!

Our 35 y/o Trane unit was misbehaving so we decided to get a new unit. Our HOA related great customer feedback about Top Energy Solutions we contacted them...and they were in our zip code!
We first met with Leor and were so impressed we ordered a new Trane unit on the spot. On installation morning, Leor showed up and introduced us to his crew who did the install.
They were polite, professional and very respectful of our home and property as they did a very thorough and complete installation and test run of our new unit.
The real advantage for us is that we now have access to a responsive and   professional a/c service organization. I was equally impressed by how professional they work,and got the sense of 'homeowners relief' at finding and contracting with Top Energy Solutions A/C. We recently bought a house in Encino and needed some HVAC help. We called up Top Energy Solutions, and they totally delivered! The team was super friendly, arrived on time, and got right to work. They explained everything clearly and even gave us some tips on maintaining our system.

Whole team was responsive, communicated early and clearly. Front office called, walked me through the process, and got us off to an expeditious start scheduling our estimate appointment for the next day. Estimate was completed early, was clear especially about scope and price. Technician arrived early, was polite, communicated clearly and never seemed rushed. Offered great advice and answered all of our questions. Since then our unit has been operating smoothly, as expected. Leor and his Techs, did a great job replacing my entire HVAC system. The pricing was very reasonable, and the work was all done in half a day. They installed a System Service Transition piece (with access panel) which will enable them to easily open and get into the evaporator coil for future cleaning when needed. Very impressed by Top Energy Solutions, I contacted them on a Thursday regarding resealing the vents plus some minor repairs on our 11 year-old roof here in The valley, Leor contacted me the same day to schedule an appt. and came out the next day to do the inspection/confirm all that needed to be done, he was very patient explaining all the issues and what the best way would be to resolve them (and did NOT try to "upsell" me on needless repairs/work), then emailed me a detailed quote later on that day (Friday) with an extremely fair price (I contacted 2 other companies for quotes as well) ... and upon our agreeing to proceed with the repairs, he had one of his installers come out the next day (Saturday morning) to do/complete the repairs ... again, very impressed with the honesty, responsivness and the very high level of professionalism shown by Leor and his installer who did the actual work, and I would HIGHLY recommend them for future use for all your roof inspection/repair needs!
